Your Juvéderm Treatment
Juvéderm injectables contain lidocaine, a numbing agent that helps ease your discomfort during your treatment session with Dr. Hause. Our board-certified plastic surgeon will evaluate your skin tone and facial appearance and may mark strategic points on your face to inject Juvéderm for optimal results. The treated area(s) is cleansed, and a topical numbing ointment applied to reduce any pain. Your injectable treatment may take 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the number of treated areas.
Dermal filler treatments don’t require any downtime or recovery, but you will need to follow Dr. House’s instructions for taking care of the treated area. An ice pack can often reduce and alleviate swelling and discomfort after Juvéderm.
